Our children’s program is aimed at strengthening bone and muscle, developing eye and    hand coordination, motor response and cognitive skills. The discipline your child receives in Martial Arts helps build confidence and self-worth. Heightened concentration can result in improved school marks and over all performance. Our young students are treated with      respect and are taught to return that respect to others. The Martial Arts promotes positive  behavioral patterns and helps set and achieve important character building goals. We       believe in praise, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. We offer incentives for good academic report cards and stress to the student that school is number one. We also stress the fact to the student that conflict should always be handled in a non-violent way.

Our Lil' Dragons program teaches more than martial Arts. It teaches students to be good citizens and to prepare them better for life. We include safety and life skills which help your child become well rounded, by developing  their social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth. During classes you child will also learn to share, develop self-esteem, develop a sense of independence, cooperation, curiosity, develop speech and language, build physical strength, coordination, and stamina. They will develop a love to learn, build fundamental motor skills, increase awareness of body and space, learn to follow directions solve problems and act respectfully. If you looked at our program as a triangle you will see and even balance between safety skills, life skills, and martial skills.
